This is a rebuilt Must II or Pinto replacement rack & pinion. It is off of a 1984 Ford Mustang the mounting holes measure 15-1/2" from center to center, it mounts with two bolts and the hose fittings come out of the front of the rack. If you are using this to replace a Must II or Pinto two or three mount rack & pinion that measures 16" at mounting points you may need to add a couple of options. A pair of 3/4" mounting spacers and a pair of longer mounting bolts. They are part number HD-148 longer rack mounting bolts and MP-023 3/4" rack mounting spacers. You may also need to buy PS-115 power steering adapters from 1/2" to 9/16" for 79-93 Ford Mustang. Just for your information the Must II or Pinto rack & pinion have 16" mounting centers and the hose fittings come out of the rear of the rack.
